# How Earning Works

### 1️⃣ Payments, Billing & Reporting

|| ⚠️You will continue to receive payouts directly from the respective affiliate programs (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).

After each monthly earning period, you will have **10 days to review performance and communicate any questions or concerns** related to reporting. After this window, reporting is considered finalized, aside from standard adjustments such as returns or delayed attribution.

Social iQ calculates performance by combining:

* Commission earnings generated through boosting
* Incremental bonus payouts driven by boosting
* Paid media costs associated with those results

You will have access to a **real-time dashboard** displaying:

* Ad spend
* Attributed boosted commissions
* Bonus earnings
* Net revenue after costs

This ensures full transparency into performance at all times.

### 2️⃣ Billing Structure

Social iQ fronts the full cost of paid media on your behalf.

In alignment with affiliate payout cycles (typically **Net 60 after the end of the month of sales**), Social iQ will bill your account for:

* **Ad cost recoupment** (the media spend used to generate results)
* **Social IQ’s profit share** on boosted performance

|| ⚠️To remain in the boosting program, you are required to **maintain an active ACH connection** for billing.

### 3️⃣ Ad Spend & Cost Allocation

Boosting is executed across multiple paid media channels (such as Meta and content syndication platforms).

Ad spend is deployed at scale across campaigns, and costs are:

* Programmatically tracked
* Attributed using dedicated links and/or IDs
* Allocated back to your performance via our internal systems

Because of this structure, **individual ad receipts are not provided**, but all costs are transparently reflected in your dashboard in real time.

### 4️⃣ Profit Calculation

Profit from boosting is calculated as:

(Boosted Commissions + Incremental Bonus Earnings) – Paid Media Costs
```

The standard profit split is **50/50**.

|| ⚠️ Social IQ only participates in **boosted profits**. Your **organic earnings remain 100% yours**.

### 5️⃣Incremental Bonus Clarification

Bonus payouts are treated differently depending on how they are earned:

* Bonuses achieved through **organic performance** → 100% yours
* Bonuses unlocked through **boosting activities** → included in profit split

👉 Only the **incremental bonus generated from boosting** is shared.

### 6️⃣ Investment & Risk

By covering ad spend upfront, Social iQ is effectively investing in your growth and assuming the financial risk of campaign performance.

While results are not guaranteed, our goal each month is to:

* Fully recoup ad costs
* Generate meaningful profit for both parties

In the rare case that performance does not cover ad spend:

👉 You will **never be invoiced for more than the revenue generated from boosting**
👉 You will **never pay out of pocket**

Any losses are carried forward and recouped from future profitable months.

### 7️⃣ Cancellation Policy

There is no long-term lock-in.

You may exit the program with **30 days notice**, with the requirement to:

* Settle any outstanding ad costs
* Complete payment of any earned profit split
