# How to connect an ACH account

###### During the onboarding process, you will be guided through the connection of a US bank account (ACH) to Stripe, which enables us to streamline the billing process. 

|| 💡 Please note that this example is for the bank "__The Southern Bank Company__", but the same principles apply.

###### Once you have made it this far, you will see a page with available payment methods, and you can click through to “__US Bank Account__”. Place in your full name, email, and select your bank.

###### You will be taken to your Bank's website through a __pop-up window__ and asked to log in.

###### Most Banks have a __2FA (two-factor authentication)__ system, and they will ask you to confirm your identity with a code sent to __your phone via SMS__, or via an __Authenticator App__.

###### Following the verification, you will receive some pertinent information regarding the connection and Stripe; once you’re ready, click on “__Allow__” to move forward.

###### Select which account you would like, and proceed forward with “__Connect Account__”.

###### You should receive a confirmation like this that your account was successfully connected via __Stripe!__ Continue to JoyLink.

||| Finally, make sure to __enter your full name once again__ and set up the bank account. You should be all set and fully connected now.
