How Analytics Work

How In-Depth Analytics Work

JoyLink Analytics shows you exactly what's driving clicks, conversions, and revenue — so you can lean into what's working.

Note: In-Depth Analytics are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Where to find your analytics

  1. Open your JoyLink dashboard.
  2. Click Analytics in the sidebar.
  3. Pick a date range (real-time through all-time — history is unlimited).

What you can track

  • Clicks — total and unique.

Traffic sources

See which platform is driving each click:

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Pinterest, Email, Direct, and more.
  • Breakdown by percentage (e.g., 15% Facebook, 42% Instagram).

Device data

  • Desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet.
  • iOS vs. Android.

Location data

  • Country, region, and (where available) city.

Real-time revenue tracking

Revenue updates live as Amazon reports back, so you don't need to wait until the end of the month to know what's earning.

Filtering and comparing

  • Filter by date range, Tracking ID + more.

Troubleshooting

  • Clicks but no conversions? Conversions can take up to 24–48 hours to report from Amazon.
  • Revenue looks low? Check that your Tracking ID is correctly assigned to the link and that you haven't hit Amazon's returns/adjustments window.
  • Missing traffic source? Traffic source is based on the referrer header — some platforms (notably native Instagram) hide it. JoyLink uses other signals where possible.
