How the Telegram Autoposter Works

The Telegram Autoposter publishes your selected Amazon deals to your Telegram channel automatically — so you can keep a live deals feed running without manually posting all day.

Note: The Telegram Autoposter is available as an add-on on all plans (usage-based pricing applies).

Before you start

You'll need:

• A Telegram account.
• A Telegram channel you own (public or private).
• The JoyLink Telegram Autoposter add-on enabled on your account.

Connect your Telegram channel

1. In your JoyLink dashboard, go to Autoposter → Telegram.
2. Click Connect Channel.
3. Follow the in-app prompt to add the JoyLink bot to your channel as an admin (it needs permission to post messages).
4. Paste your channel's username (e.g., @yourdealschannel) into JoyLink and click Verify.

Choose what gets posted

Configure your posting rules:

• Categories — Pick which deal categories feed the channel (e.g., Electronics, Home, Pets).
• Minimum discount — Only post deals above a threshold (e.g., 30% off).
• Minimum commission — Only post deals above a commission rate.
• Posting schedule — Post as deals appear, or batch N posts per hour/day.
• Quiet hours — Pause posting overnight in your audience's time zone.

Customize the post format

1. Go to Autoposter → Post Template.
2. Edit the caption template — you can include product title, price, discount, and a CTA.
3. Use the AI generator to auto-write captions per deal instead of a static template.
4. Preview on a test deal before going live.

Tip: Using the AI Post Generator as your template keeps each post unique and on-brand.

Turn it on

When your rules and template are set, toggle Active at the top of the page. Deals that match your rules will now flow into your channel automatically.

Monitoring

• See every auto-posted deal in Autoposter → History.
• Performance (clicks, conversions) flows into your main Analytics dashboard just like manual posts.
• You can pause the autoposter at any time from the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

• Nothing posting? Check that the JoyLink bot is still an admin in your channel, and that your filters aren't too tight.
• Duplicate posts? Enable De-dupe window in settings so the same product can't repost within a chosen timeframe.
• Link not tracking? Confirm your default Tracking ID is set — the Autoposter uses it for every post.
